I wrote a few weeks ago about the order in which The Scarecrow by Michael Connelly was being published. The true first edition of this title is the limited, slipcased edition from Dennis McMillan Publications. Several of you expressed interest in buying this edition, which is limited to156 lettered copies (that’s the alphabet x 6) and costs $250.00.
